I bought a pack from mysteryranch.com and really wanted to like it, but I just couldn’t get the fit dialed in. The shoulder straps felt off no matter how I adjusted them, and the hip belt sat weird, well, not weird exactly, just uncomfortable in a way I couldn’t fix. For the price, it was frustrating

"Started out great, but didn’t hold up"
I really wanted to like this pack, especially for the price. When I first got it, it felt sturdy and looked like it could handle a decent amount of use. I took it on a few trips, and at first everything seemed fine. But after a short while, I noticed the stitching near one of the shoulder straps starting to come loose. The zippers are still working, so it’s not totally unusable, but it definitely doesn’t feel as durable as I expected. I was hoping it would be a tougher bag overall.

"Nice bag, just a bit spendy"
I do like this backpack overall. It feels sturdy and the pockets/layout make sense, which is nice. But for the price, I kinda expected it to be a little more comfy or come with a few extra features or something. It’s not a bad bag at all, just feels a tad overpriced for what it is. If it were cheaper, I’d prob rate it higher

"Just too bulky for everyday use"
I found this way too heavy and bulky for me. It takes up more space than I expected, if this is typical, I don’t think this kind of product is a good fit for smaller spaces

"I had an issue with my pack..."
I had an issue with my pack and reached out about the warranty. It took a few days before I heard back, which was a little slow, but once they responded they were helpful. They ended up getting it fixed under warranty, so overall I’d say it worked out fine

"Finally, straps that don’t punish my shoulders"
I carried a heavy load of gear around all day, and somehow my shoulders weren’t screaming by the end of it. why is that so rare? Most packs start feeling like they’re trying to saw through your shoulders after a couple hours, but this one stayed comfortable the whole time. Huge relief.

"I ordered a pack from Mystery Ranch..."
I ordered a pack from Mystery Ranch and it did eventually show up in good shape, so no issues with the actual item. But man, the shipping was kind of a joke. Tracking barely updated for a few days, which was annoying as hell when I’m trying to figure out where my stuff is. Box looked fine and the pack was solid, but the delivery side definitely needs to get its crap together

"Good pack, but annoying to access things"
I bought this pack from mysteryranch.com, and after actually using it for a bit, the storage layout is what frustrates me most. The pockets just don’t feel like they’re in the right places, and I keep having to dig around anytime I need something small. It’s not quick or intuitive to get to my stuff, which gets old fast. For the price, I expected it to be a lot easier to use day to day.
